Find A Mentor

Need a mentor? Planning on competing in SLVSEF or one of our district fairs? We can help. We have a list of expert scientists, lab technicians and experienced lion tamers (it’s quite hard to find an inexperienced lion tamer) who are willing to help you with all aspects of science fair participation.

If you are in need of such a mentor, and are eligible to participate in SLVSEF or one of our district fairs, please fill out the form below and we’ll set you up with a mentor that best suits your needs.

Please note, that we only have resources to help students who live in Utah and are in one of our districts. (see map) We will not be able to help students in other areas.

Hold on...

Before continuing, take a moment to think about the things you need help with and how a mentor can help you best. Make sure when you describe your ideas with enough detail and forethought that the person receiving your request will understand it and be able to help you quickly and efficiently. In other words—take time to communicate well.
